Visions of the 20th Century
Through the lens of   Ira Latour

This one hour documentary is on the amazing
life of 89 year old living artist and historian, Ira
Latour. Student of Ansel Adams, WWII veteran who served in North Africa and Italy, Ira has photographed and recorded his life with unwavering clarity.

His films and countless photos include a wide spectrum of topics from famed Spanish Gypsy dancers, the Arctic circle to legendary architect Antonio Gaudi. This is a rare glimpse into the fascinating life and imagery of a man fascinated with life.
